CENTRO, CORPO, PERFORMANCE, CREATIVITA’
Practical and relational workshop in which you work with breath, music, color, dance, performance, speech, installation and space, to discover your own deep direction, your value and your uniqueness. Performance art brings all these languages and stimuli into play, and leads us into our most unexplored and truest territories, from where we can draw great energy, great well-being and great capacity.
You will work in groups and individually. Each participant will be followed personally and helped to discover both what they want to communicate and the best way to express it, following them in a search for languages to produce, each, in his own performance.
PROGRAM
The workshop is structured in three intersected themes:
Body work: concentration techniques; breathing techniques; body awareness; posture and movements; exploration of the performative possibilities of the body.
Work on the psyche: discovery of the self through multimedia techniques with dance, music, color, words; identifying one's own creative and expressive needs, searching for one's personal expressive language
Performance work: definition of performance and multimedia; identification and development of a performative theme; individual work and in small groups; creation of personal performances: research of the appropriate languages to realize them, research of materials, preparation work, elements of interaction with the public. Eventual exhibition.
Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and bring a mattress (similar to a yoga or gym).
WHO IS IT FOR?
To all those who want to get involved and discover themselves through creativity, performance, body and multimedia.
For those who want to spend relaxing days dedicating themselves to creativity and personal well-being.
The course is of a basic level and is also suitable for those who have never done performances, but it is also designed as an in-depth study for those who already have experience, thanks to moments of individual confrontation in which everyone will be helped to develop their potential at their own level .
